Not listed here does not mean not available. If you name the brand and rating you have specified, we source it and quote it — including imported items brought in on order.
What we install and look after
One contractor from the incoming HT line down to the socket outlet — so nobody is arguing about whose scope a fault belongs to.
Substation and HT line
Load sanction paperwork with the utility, HT line pulling and pole work, VCB and LBS switchgear, transformer installation, protection settings and commissioning.
Panel boards and power factor
Main and sub distribution boards, motor control centres, changeover and synchronising panels, automatic PFI plants that keep the power factor above 0.95, busbar trunking and cable termination.
Generator installation and service
Supply and foundation, AMF and automatic changeover, exhaust and fuel lines, acoustic canopy, load bank testing at handover, then scheduled servicing so it starts when the grid drops.
Solar power
Grid-tied rooftop plants with net metering approval, and hybrid systems with battery backup where the roof has to carry the load through an outage. Delivered together with THB Solar.
Wiring and distribution
Conduit and cable tray routing, distribution boards, lighting and power circuits, three-phase machine points on factory floors, and a proper earth at every point rather than at the panel only.
Fire detection and safety
Addressable and conventional fire alarm systems, sprinkler and hydrant pump panels, emergency lighting and exit signage — documented and wired the way Fire Service and Civil Defence expect at inspection.
Earthing and lightning protection
Chemical or plate earth pits, separate earths for neutral, body and electronics, equipotential bonding, conventional and ESE lightning arrestors — all measured and handed over with test readings.
Low-voltage systems
CCTV, access control, intercom and PABX, structured data cabling and public address — planned into the same conduit run as the power, not drilled in afterwards.
Industrial automation
Starter and motor control panels, VFD drives for pumps and compressors, PLC logic with HMI screens, sensor and field wiring, and SCADA reporting on production lines.
Maintenance and testing
Thermographic scanning of joints and breakers, insulation and earth resistance testing, transformer oil testing, breaker servicing, and annual maintenance contracts with a named response time.
How a job runs
The same five steps whether it is a six-storey apartment building or a factory shed, so you always know what happens next.
Site survey
We visit, measure the connected load, check the existing supply and list what has to be replaced.
Design and BOQ
Single line diagram, layout drawings and an itemised bill of quantities with brand and rating against every line.
Approvals
Load sanction with the utility and fire safety clearance — we prepare, submit and follow up the file.
Installation
Supervised crews, branded cable and accessories, staged testing as each floor or section closes.
Commissioning
Energisation, test reports, as-built drawings, operator briefing, then a maintenance contract if you want one.
Size your supply before you call
Add up the connected load of everything in the building, then see roughly what transformer, breaker, generator and PFI bank it needs.
Indicative figures only. Final sizing comes from a site survey and a full calculation to BNBC 2020 and IEC 60364, including cable length, starting current and future expansion.
Buildings we work in
Each building type fails in its own way. These are the ones we know well enough to design around.
Apartment buildings
Per-flat metering, lift and pump circuits on the generator side, and a riser that can take a future solar feed.
Garment and light manufacturing
Three-phase machine points, compliance-grade documentation for buyer audits, and power factor kept where the bill stays low.
Offices and showrooms
Lighting design that survives a fit-out change, clean earth for servers, and ELV pulled with the power.
Hospitals and clinics
Essential and non-essential separation, UPS-backed circuits for theatres, and changeover timing that equipment tolerates.
Warehouses and cold storage
High-bay lighting, compressor starting current handled properly, and alarms that reach a phone when a room warms up.
Schools and institutions
Tamper-resistant accessories, zoned circuits so one lab does not take down a floor, and clear panel labelling.
Cheap wiring is the most expensive thing in a building
Most electrical fires in Bangladesh trace back to undersized cable, a missing earth or a loose termination. These four rules are how we avoid all three.
Licensed supervision on site
Work is carried out under supervisors holding a current licence from the Electrical Licensing Board, not left to unsupervised crews.
Cable sized to the calculation
Conductor size comes from current, length and voltage drop — never from what happens to be cheapest at the counter that week.
Tested before energisation
Insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance and polarity are measured and recorded before the supply is switched on.
Drawings handed over, not kept
You receive as-built drawings, panel schedules and test reports, so the next electrician is not guessing behind your walls.
